We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any eligible item. We believe great furniture should be experienced in your home — not just seen on a screen.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@centraldesigns.ca or call (416) 477-1186 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  3. We'll provide return instructions and, for large items, help you arrange freight pickup.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging.
  • Please keep all original packaging until you're sure you're keeping the item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom Upholstery — pieces made to your specifications (frame and fabric choices).
  • Clearance & Sale items — marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged through customer use (not shipping damage — see below).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery — email us with photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
  • Do not refuse delivery — accept the item, document the damage, and contact us. Refusing delivery complicates the claims process.
  • If the packaging looks severely damaged on arrival, note it with the delivery driver and take photos before opening.

Exchanges

Want a different size, colour, or piece? Contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange. The original item follows the same return conditions above. The replacement ships as a new order with standard delivery rates.
