We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any eligible item. We believe great furniture should be experienced in your home — not just seen on a screen.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@centraldesigns.ca or call (416) 477-1186 within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll provide return instructions and, for large items, help you arrange freight pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition — unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in original packaging.
- Please keep all original packaging until you're sure you're keeping the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom Upholstery — pieces made to your specifications (frame and fabric choices).
- Clearance & Sale items — marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through customer use (not shipping damage — see below).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery — email us with photos of the damage and your order number.
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Do not refuse delivery — accept the item, document the damage, and contact us. Refusing delivery complicates the claims process.
- If the packaging looks severely damaged on arrival, note it with the delivery driver and take photos before opening.
Exchanges
Want a different size, colour, or piece? Contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange. The original item follows the same return conditions above. The replacement ships as a new order with standard delivery rates.
