Our Story
Central Designs Market is the culmination of a shared vision and passion for design, brought to life by brothers Mark and Rod Fraser. Mark's journey in the design world began over 20 years ago in furniture sales, where he developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and customer service. He later honed his skills as the CEO and Lead Designer of Fraser Homes for 12 years, driven by a relentless pursuit of innovative design and exceptional customer service. This experience ignited in him a desire to create a platform that would bridge the gap between designers and consumers, making the process of discovering and acquiring unique furniture and home décor seamless and enjoyable.
Complementing Mark's creative vision, Rod brings sharp business acumen and extensive experience in finance and operations to Central Designs Market.
With a degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University and over 20 years of experience, Rod's career highlights include 12 years as CFO/COO of Fraser Homes Inc., and 5 years as a financial advisor at TD Canada Trust. His unwavering commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail ensure that the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently.
